2023

In February 2023, we entered the bakery market by acquiring the KARLOVA PEKÁRNA retail chain.
We launched a complete range of services for PRECISION AGRICULTURE under the FARM EFFECT brand.

2022

• We built new silos at Krahulov headquarters. We thereby increased the commodity storage capacity by 42,000 tons. Krahulov's total capacity has now reached 113,000 tons.

2021

• AGRO MOHELNO farm joined the ADW group.  Its activities contain primary production, cattle breeding, milk production and operates a biogas station.

  ADW FEED received a prestigious award: 3rd place in the CZECH LEADER 2021 competition for the Vysočina region.

2020

• ADW FEED has become a proud partner of racing stables. We supply fodder to the most famous Czech charioteer, Jiří Nesvačil's stable. Likewise, the stables of Miloslav Příhoda, the first Czech Olympian in equestrian eventing.

2019

• At ADW AGRO, we developed and launched a system of precision agriculture, called FARM EFFECT.

2018

• Own dairy is established on a farm in Lesonice. It directly processes milk from our production. It produces milk, yogurts, cheese and desserts.
  We opened our first farm shops in Lesonice and Třebíč under the ZDRAVÁ FARMA brand.

2017

• Merger of VOZS Zbraslav, a.s., Kooperace Sádek, a.s. and Klas Neslovice, a.s. ADW FARM Company was established, a.s.
• Modernization of the production line for muesli and TMR compound feeds andimplementation of a new mixing technology na ADW FEED

2016

• Integration of the Group's service and support activities into ADW HOLDING, a.s.
• Termination of business activities in the field of fuel sale
• Launch of TMR fodder production for young cattle

2015

• The animal nutrition program was incorporated into a separate company ADW FEED, a.s.
•   A project Dairy Farm Lesonice started – construction of a large-scale cowhouse for dairy cattle

2011

• Shares in V.O.Z.S. spol. s r.o., Zbraslav were purchased and the company has been integrated into ADW Group
• Commencement of the production and sale of hydrothermally processed grains in the field of animal nutrition
• Termination of activities in the field of pig breeding fattening

2010

• Shares in Klas Neslovice, s.r.o. covering activities of the groupv of crop production in Brno were bought.
• A biogas station in Lesonice was put v into operation

2007

• Pigs fattening operation by Mavet, a.s. was taken over
• Majority  share of Lesonice a.s. has been rpurchased   in order to expand plant production

2005

Purchase of the majority stake in Sádek Cooperation, a.s. and ZD Rokytnice with the intention to focus on plant primary production

Start of a change process and a transition to a holding structure

Purchase of the majority stake in ZZN, a.s Třebíč with the intention of production of compound feeds, pesticides distribution, commodities wholesale
